Breast augmentation is performed to enhance the size, shape, and position of the breast. The operation is more popular now than at any time in its history and you can choose either saline (saltwater filled) implants or silicone gel implants.
The procedure can be performed through incisions in the armpits, around the areola, or beneath the breasts. The implants may be placed behind the breast tissue or behind both the breast and pectoralis major muscle.
Endoscopic techniques may be utilized to gain more precision where necessary. The incision, and size, shape, and position of the implant are selected according to your needs and preferences.
