Juanita Villegas
Practice Administrator/Patient Coordinator

Juanita is our Practice Manager and Patient Coordinator. She comes to us with 15 years experience in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.  Her priority is the care and treatment of each patient and strives to make the practice a more welcoming and inviting facility.

She has lived in Arizona for the last 17 years and originally comes to us from Fresno, California. She loves Martial Arts and spending time with her husband Gilbert and her dog, a boxer name Samson. She loves to travel, hike and do some sport shooting. 

 

Kazandra Blythe
Front Office Coordinator

Kazandra, our front office coordinator, is the first smile that welcomes you when you arrive at our office. She is eager to help our patients feel welcome and to provide them with necessary information about the many services we provide. Kazandra has been with our practice since 2010 and is proud to call this her professional home. She has extensive knowledge of all our procedures and skin care products and will be happy to answer any questions you may have when visiting or calling Dr. Angelchik’s Office.
Kazandra was born is San Antonio, Texas and moved to Arizona in 2005. She lives with her fiancé Justin and her two loveable Labradors, Penny and Crystal.  In her spare time she loves to go snowboarding up north, hikes Camelback Mountain, and enjoys listening to country music. She also loves to travel and experience the outdoors as much as possible.  Kazandra brings great energy and a positive attitude to our office and she is a valuable member of our team. When asked about her job, she says “I really enjoy working for Dr. Angelchik and feel blessed to have this opportunity to work with an amazing staff. Together we put smiles on our patients’ faces.”

 

Julia Zamora
Medical Assistant

Julia joined our practice in 2011 with five years of experience as a Medical Assistant.   Her goal is to make your surgical experience the best it can be. You will meet her and Dr. Angelchik at your consultation and at all of your post-operative visits. She assists Dr. Angelchik with, in office procedures, removal of sutures, drains and answers any of your medical questions.
Julia is a native of Arizona who has three children and a fiancé.  She loves to spend her time outdoors, hiking and camping and enjoys her quite time watching movies.

 

 

Jana Dreebin
Licensed Aesthetician/Certified Laser Technician

    Jana was born and raised in the Czech Republic. She moved to the United States in 1996.  Her   career included fashion design and clothing engineering.  Her designing high quality clothing and keen attention to details brought her to her second career and new passion, skincare.   As a Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician, Jana has a decade of experience in skincare and has been working closely with Dr. Angelchik since 2006.  She is dedicated to her field and constantly continues her education to keep up with the latest news in advanced skin rejuvenation.
  
Jana brings a positive, friendly and outgoing energy to our practice on a daily basis. Patients love her caring demeanor and her attention to their concerns. She educates patients in a detailed skin care consultation that helps them with the proper selection of treatments and skin care products.

Outside her passion for skin care Jana enjoys her time at the gym, hiking, running, rollerblading and yoga.  She enjoys spending time with her husband Bob, her two Maltese dogs, Bosco and Maggie Mae, and with her dear family and friends.
