- Get a healthy start
Start your morning off right with a healthy breakfast. When you start your day off healthy, you tend to make healthier decisions throughout the rest of the day.
- Start your day by writing it down
Each morning write down one thing you are going to do to be healthier. This will positively start off your day by giving you a healthy focus.
- Drink a green juice when cravings hit
We all get craving for sugary and salty things from time to time. A green juice is full of nutrients, vitamins, and fiber which will all help fight those craving off in a nutritious manner.
- Don’t stand next to the food table
Those who stand next to a table of food at a gathering tend to snack more often, adding up calories quickly without your notice.
- Get in a quick workout
Ideally you want to work out for 39-60 minutes, but if you don’t have that time, find 10 minutes in your day to squeeze something in. Whether it be a walk, jog, weights, or a quick yoga practice, something is always better than nothing.
- Take an after dinner walk
Instead of lounging around the house, get up and take a walk after dinner. It will not only help with digestion but it will help prevent dessert cravings.
- Incorporate bicep curls into your day
