Currently Dr. Angelchik practices at a number of hospital and outpatient surgical centers in the Phoenix area. All facilities are fully credentialed and licensed by the State of Arizona and Medicare. Patients can select from a number of excellent facilities including Banner Union Hills Surgery Center (Arrowhead Ranch area in the Northwest valley), the John C. Lincoln Hospital and surgicenter facilities in central and north Phoenix, and Scottsdale Healthcare’s Osborn and Shea campuses. We also utilize Desert Sonoran Surgery Center in Chandler. Patients requiring overnight stays go to Scottsdale Healthcare Shea at the Piper Center or Greenbaum Surgery Center at Scottsdale Healthcare Osborn.
